Talented communicator joins Atlanta team
(Spring 2013) Cookerly Public Relations, a leading Atlanta-based public relations and marketing communications agency, has added Cecily Longfield as its newest assistant account executive.
As an assistant account executive, Longfield will provide public relations and marketing support to the issues management team. Longfield will also work closely with several non-profit clients, including the YMCA of Atlanta, Atlanta Steeplechase and Murphy Harpst.
Prior to joining the Cookerly team, Longfield worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative correspondent for Wyoming’s Senator John Barrasso. She also spent time as a travel writer based in Shanghai, China, where she honed her skills as a communicator. Longfield graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.
